A shrub is a syrup preserved with vinegar. Sometimes The vinegar is infused with herbs or fruit. It is a great non-alcoholic herbal treat.

Vinegar is full of health benefit. It is alkalizing for the body, aids digestion, antifungal and much more. It is also a great Menstruum for Medicinal herbs that is non-alcoholic. Infused vinegars may be taken by the spoonful or enjoyed in water, juice, sparkling water or a cocktail.

All Herbal products from Seeds of Well Being are formulated to best use the properties of the plants in a synergistic way. They come together to create healing and increase wellness in your body. The herbs in my products are Organically grown (not certified) or wild crafted by me, a local farmer, or through an herb distributor (certified organic) . I choose Organic unless it is unavailable. All of my products are made in small batches, by me, for quality control. This does mean that sometimes a the batch may very slightly in taste or color. I'm working with gifts from mother earth and she doesn't make everything identical.
